One-on-One Coaching with Kendra Brodin, Founder of Having What Matters
“There never seems to be enough time to take care of myself. I haven’t gone to the gym for months.”
“I don’t feel like I’m being the wife + mother that I could be. My priorities are out of whack, and I know it. I just don’t know how to change.”
I feel like I might be in the wrong business. Or maybe I’m just exhausted. I don’t even know anymore.”
Sound like you?
You’re not alone. Millions of women are dissatisfied with their lives + careers. In fact, only about 13% of us actually enjoy going to work.
I think that’s pretty depressing — and I know we can do better.
As a coach, my job is to help you:
:: Balance your personal goals with your professional ones, creating time + energy for both.
:: Rediscover what energizes you + what you actually care about (even if you’ve been feeling “blah” for a long time.)
:: Clear space in a big way — getting clutter out of your physical surroundings, your schedule, and your mind — so that your life has more breathing room.
:: Make an honest evaluation of your personal to-do list, your monthly expenses, your friendships, work relationships, current projects, and decide what needs to stay, and what needs to go.
Ultimately, my biggest job is to help you:
Release the idea that you have to “do it all,” so that you can focus on having what matters.
I wish I could coach every single woman on the planet, but if I did that, I probably wouldn’t be the best “role model” for healthy work/life balance.
So for now, I can partner with 5 new clients a month.
To set up a free introductory session + talk about getting onto my coaching calendar, email me at Kendra[at]kendrabrodin.com.
I’ll look forward to our intro session, and until then, remember:
:: The stress + overwhelm that you’re feeling right now is temporary.
:: You can have a life that feels meaningful + satisfying — with room for all of the things that matter to you.
And whether you choose to work with me — or seek support elsewhere — know that real transformation is possible, no matter how stuck you feel.
I’m living proof — and my clients are, too.
